Responsibilities
As a Receptionist your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Managing incoming calls
- Handling correspondence, including mail and courier services.
- Maintaining the reception area to ensure it is clean and organized.
- Assisting with general inquiries and ensuring a positive visitor experience.
- Handling badge management
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
