Construction Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 115,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Construction Manager Building Construction (80-100%) for the realisation of diverse and demanding construction projects. You will take on the local site management and accompany the projects from tendering and cost estimation through execution to acceptance and handover. You will ensure the consistent adherence to costs, deadlines, quality and economic efficiency and coordinate the involved companies on site. In close collaboration with the architect, specialist planners and clients, you will ensure a structured and professional project execution.
Responsibilities:
Independent local site management of demanding building construction projects
Control and coordination of the contractors and trades
Creation and ongoing monitoring of construction and execution schedules
Responsibility for cost control, construction cost forecasts and economic efficiency
Preparation of cost estimates, specifications and tender documents
Support of tendering, offer comparisons and awards
Conducting and recording of construction and coordination meetings
Monitoring execution with regard to quality, contracts, plans and SIA standards
Verification of measurements, contractor invoices, change orders and time and material work
Coordination of interfaces between architecture, specialist planning and execution
Organisation and execution of acceptances, defect management and follow-up inspections
Management of construction administration with Messerli BAUAD or comparable software
Qualifications:
Technical construction training as certified construction manager, HF technician building construction, EFZ draughtsman specialising in architecture or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in local site management of Swiss building construction projects
Sound knowledge in cost estimation, cost control, scheduling and contractor coordination
Good knowledge of Swiss SIA standards, construction processes and execution standards
Experience with measurements, invoice verification, change order management and acceptances
Good user knowledge of Messerli BAUAD or comparable construction administration software
Very good German language skills spoken and written
