About the job
Your responsibilities
- Participate in kitchen preparation (assistance in hot/cold production, mise en place)
- Ensure lunch service for guests, notably in live cooking
- Manage cash handling and guarantee a warm and professional customer welcome
- Participate in restocking, service preparation and smooth running of operations
- Dishwashing
- Carry out cleaning and tidying tasks and comply with HACCP hygiene standards
Your profile
- Proven experience in a kitchen assistant or similar cook position in collective catering, catering or service
- Excellent customer service skills with a neat and professional appearance
- Versatile, autonomous, dynamic and organised person
- Good team spirit, flexibility and ability to work during busy periods
- Good command of French and ease with cash register tools
