This is what you can expect
During the three-year training, you will get to know the diverse and interesting tasks and processes of a modern city administration in the areas of city office, legal office, finance, taxes, civil status, and debt collection office. Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks (processing mail, handling correspondence, and creating invoices), counter and telephone service, as well as managing filing and office supplies.
