About BERTOLIT: A leading company in the renovation sector, BERTOLIT is looking for a technician specialised in facade restoration and energy renovation to strengthen its team in Geneva. In this role, you will oversee the complete project process, from commercial prospecting with a clientele exclusively composed of private individuals to final invoicing. Your duties will notably include analysing client needs, preparing offers, sales, planning and monitoring construction sites, coordinating teams, as well as managing the administrative and financial aspects of the projects.

Pre-selection criteria:

• Diploma as a technician in energy renovation or equivalent professional experience.
• Technical, commercial, and recent experience in facade renovation of at least 5 years.
• Having worked at least 5 years in the same company.
• Living less than 20 minutes from the Carouge office.
• Organisational and family capacities to start work at 6:30 am.
• Ability to work effectively in an open-plan office, both independently and as part of a team.

Desired profile:

• Experience in site management and ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders (Workers, Property Management, Works Management, Architects, Engineers, Project Owners).
• Knowledge of materials and techniques for facade restoration and insulation.
• Ability to read technical plans.
• Rigorous, ambitious, efficient, organised, motivated, and respectful of safety instructions.
• Independent and autonomous while knowing how to work in a team.
• Ability to work under stress and in an open-plan office.
• Enjoys human contact.
• Driving licence.
• French spoken and written.

Your missions:

• Develop commercial activity by prospecting and supporting a clientele of private individuals in their facade renovation projects in the canton of Geneva and the Lake Geneva region.
• Conduct technical studies and prepare offers by proposing suitable solutions in facade restoration and energy renovation and sell them to clients.
• Achieve a turnover of 2.4 million CHF per year.
• Plan and coordinate construction sites, organising interventions and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Supervise and monitor site teams, ensuring work quality, compliance with safety standards, and client satisfaction.
• Manage the administrative and financial aspects of projects, from the start of work to final invoicing and profitability monitoring.
• Reach a monthly turnover target.
