We are looking for an operations agent-concierge for the General Culture School (ECGF) in Fribourg and, on request, for various buildings in the canton of Fribourg.

Your tasks

• You are the technical contact person for contractors engaged in building maintenance and users
• You carry out technical inspection rounds and manage HVAC installations
• You are able to perform repair work on technical installations and in buildings
• You ensure the safety of the building (escape routes, fire detection, etc.)
• You organise, plan and supervise the cleaning work of the building with cleaning staff as well as external contractors
• You understand and are capable of intervening on closure plans as well as in access management
• You manage waste disposal and recycling
• You ensure the routine maintenance of premises and building surroundings (snow clearance, green spaces) 
• You occasionally and on request perform specific work during the night, Saturday, Sunday or public holidays

Desired profile

• Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as operations agent, or training and experience deemed equivalent, as well as good knowledge of building technology
• Good knowledge of common IT tools (MS Office) and ease with BMS (Building Management System) programmes
• Ability to work independently
• Proactive, customer-oriented and comfortable in interpersonal relationships
• Fluency in French or German with good knowledge of the other language
