Identitas AG is the Swiss data specialist for healthy animals and safe food. The company, based in Bern, employs around 100 staff. For 25 years, we have been developing and operating IT applications for the registration and traceability of farm and domestic animals for the benefit of people, animals, and the environment.

We are looking for a proactive and trustworthy person for this position from 1 August 2026 or by arrangement as
Assistant to Executive Management (EM and Board) and Secretariat Staff 60-80%
Your tasks
- Assistance to two members of executive management in all administrative and organisational matters (agenda and mailbox management, appointment coordination, pending task control)
- Planning and management of appointments and meetings with minute-taking for the board of directors as well as administrative support for the board president
- Organisation of the annual planning (board)
- Organisation of internal and external events (shareholders' meeting, year-end dinner, etc.)
- Management of various Outlook mailboxes
- General office organisation and support with administrative tasks in daily business (support contract management, processing legal data references, archiving, correspondence, mail, telephone, etc.)
Your qualifications
- Completed commercial training with appropriate further education (preferably executive assistant or a comparable qualification)
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role
- Confidentiality, discretion, and appropriate communication at all levels
- Very good German skills as well as good French skills in spoken and written form
- Independent, precise, efficient, and proactive working style

Your annual salary at 100% including incentives will be between CHF 70,000.00 and CHF 115,000.00
