Glambou is an established multi-channel jewellery company from Switzerland based in Berlin. We offer young designers and international brands a unique platform to market their jewellery and distribute it globally. We curate every single piece with a focus on uniqueness and individualism. These brands as well as our own labels Pompidou, OHHLUILU and Juuls & Karats can be found online as well as in over 14 stores in Germany and Switzerland.

For our store in Loeb Bern we need reinforcement and are looking for you as Deputy Store Manager (80% 4-5 days/week)!

As Glambou Deputy Store Manager you will be the essential interface between our exciting products, employees and customers. You will provide excellent and individually tailored service to the customer, making every visit to our shop a unique and unforgettable experience.

As support to the Store Manager you act as an inspiring role model and are jointly responsible for the training & development of a high-performing and motivated team. Together you achieve or exceed the sales budget and build a loyal customer base. You will also be responsibly in charge of scheduling, attractive presentation of goods and smooth operation in daily sales.

You will get to know our brand in detail during training so that you can act successfully as an expert on the sales floor. You will also ensure that all elements are in the right place at the right time.

Your tasks

Personnel management and deployment planning

Sales and cash register responsibility

Weekly analysis of shop performance

Visual merchandising and window dressing

Management of the goods warehouse and assortment maintenance

Representation of the store

Your profile

Sales experience with leadership experience in direct customer contact, ideally in jewellery or cosmetics/similar

You are open, approachable and enjoy starting a dialogue with people and creating a unique service experience

Interest in styling/fashion/jewellery

Confident appearance with style

Flexible and reliable

You are an organisational talent

Fluent German and English skills (C1/C2)
