About the job
The Dielsdorf Health Centre is a modern geriatric competence centre with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our range of services extends from advisory services for elderly people and their relatives to general and specialised long-term care, as well as care and support at home. As the largest public Spitex in the Dielsdorf district, we provide outpatient services for our nine contract municipalities. With our comprehensive care offering, we enable people to remain in their familiar home environment for as long as possible despite health limitations. In the future, it is planned to establish a night Spitex service.
- Care and support for our clients at home
- Ensuring the care process
- Conducting advisory discussions
- Responsibility for the professional and organisational coordination of the Spitex operation during evening, weekend and public holiday shifts
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist DN I/DN II/HF/FH
- High social, methodological and professional competence
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Contemporary IT skills (MS Office, Perigon)
- Driving licence category B
- Independent and responsible working style
