Your area of responsibility

As an independent Branch Manager / Managing Partner, you lead your region with overall entrepreneurial responsibility. You strategically develop your market position, shape the direction of your location and independently manage sales and profit development. In doing so, you act as a partner within a strong, internationally networked organisation.

You systematically expand your location and establish it sustainably in the market. You acquire companies in your target industry, advise them on filling specialist and management positions and position yourself as a competent sparring partner on an equal footing. At the same time, you recruit further partners for your region, develop them entrepreneurially and actively shape the structural expansion of your market area. You bear responsibility for growth, market presence and the economic success of your branch.

Your personality

You have several years of leadership and management experience and have successfully demonstrated entrepreneurial thinking and action. You possess a well-established network in a prosperous industry and combine strategic foresight with pronounced closing strength. Growth motivates you, responsibility drives you, and you are ready to measure your success directly by your own entrepreneurial performance.
