Job Description
Your Responsibilities
As a Product Owner for clinical applications, you actively shape the digital future of our medical processes. Your work directly contributes to doctors, nursing staff, and medical professionals working efficiently and patients receiving optimal care. You work hand in hand with our outsourcing partners and internal teams to provide our customers with ever better service.

Your Area of Responsibility
- Responsible for the configuration and operation of the clinical information system KISIM from Cistec as well as its medical subsystems at the Zofingen site.
- Ensuring smooth operations, stability, and performance of the systems.
- Continuous development and optimisation of the applications in close coordination with the specialist departments to optimally cover their needs and achieve process improvements.
- Actively advising and supporting users with complex issues, conducting target group-specific training, and creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
- Identifying innovation potentials and evaluating them, as well as implementing new functionalities or system integrations to increase the efficiency and quality of medical care.
- Actively contributing to the support, customisation, and further development of other applications at the group level.
- Close collaboration with specialist departments, external partners, and the group’s IT teams to ensure integrated and future-proof IT solutions.
- Managing incidents and changes as well as coordinating with suppliers in case of disruptions or adjustment needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in configuring and supporting clinical information systems in inpatient care, KISIM an advantage
- Completed training in computer science with knowledge of clinical processes, basic medical training with high IT affinity, or a comparable qualification
- Strong process understanding and the ability to analyse and communicate complex matters.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- High service orientation, initiative, and problem-solving competence.
- Energetic, innovative, and self-motivated team player with a pronounced can-do attitude.
- Enjoy working in a highly dynamic environment and remaining calm and solution-oriented even in hectic moments.
- Knowledge of Atlassian Confluence, ServiceNow, and Jira is a plus.
- Native German speaker, good French and English skills.
