Facility Services Manager in Cleaning & Care (80–100%), Zurich

You are the professional voice for our national banking client in all IGM topics. You drive innovations (digitalization, sustainability), negotiate SLAs, and implement solutions with operational teams.

Your main tasks:

- Direct contact person for our national banking client; responsible for service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Development, calculation, and negotiation of offers, SLAs, and contract bases.
- Identification, piloting, and rollout of solutions focusing on digitalization & sustainability (e.g., cleaning optimization, interior greening, disposal concepts).
- Operational implementation in collaboration with on-site teams, suppliers, and KAM.
- Preparation of reports, analyses, and practical training materials.

Your profile:

- Several years of experience in facility management or cleaning/hospitality environment with customer contact.
- BSc Facility Management or equivalent / project management basics (IPMA D).
- Experience with innovation/digitalization projects in the FM environment.
- Proficient MS Excel & PowerPoint skills; experience with calculations and SLA definitions.
- Strong customer orientation, confident negotiation skills, and structured working style.
- German as main language, other national languages welcome
