Senior Controller with Project and Leadership Responsibility

Your Tasks
- Independent management and further development of controlling and the management information system
- Creating internal reports, developing ad-hoc analyses, expanding the BI system, and further developing the reporting concept
- Assisting in the development of tariff bases ITAR-k, providing data deliveries to external parties (BFS, canton, insurers, etc.), and automating/digitizing process workflows
- Assisting in the implementation of cost and performance accounting according to REKOLE as well as coordination between financial accounting, operational accounting, and cost carrier accounting
- Organization, planning, and execution of the budgeting process
- Development, further development, and monitoring of the business plan as well as creating business cases
- Participation in cross-departmental projects (e.g., introduction of a new ERP system) and/or management of specialist projects and teams
- Independent creation and updating of complex reports and statistics
- Assistance in the annual financial statement process including reporting according to Swiss GAAP FER
Your Profile
- Higher business education (specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma, expert in accounting & controlling or university of applied sciences) or equivalent further training
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, experience in hospital management is not a prerequisite
- High IT affinity in dealing with various systems as well as excellent Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills as well as quality- and solution-oriented working style
- Enjoyment in analyzing, further developing, and optimizing processes
- Customer-oriented, empathetic personality with a contemporary leadership understanding, very good communication skills, and assertiveness
- Experience in leading projects and teams as well as enjoyment in taking responsibility in an interdisciplinary environment and actively shaping collaboration
