Your tasks

• You will take over the accounts receivable accounting and the debt collection process from a long-standing employee who will be retiring
• You are an important support in the Billing team, handling special cases, accompanying the further development of the innosolv energy and Turas systems, and answering complex customer enquiries
• As the person responsible for training, you are the first point of contact for the commercial apprentices. You coordinate their work placements, are responsible for the operational training of the apprentices, and maintain contact with the vocational schools

Your profile

• Many years of experience in energy billing in a comparable company
• Enjoyment in dealing with customers and assertiveness
• Enjoyment in contact with young people and the motivation to commit to commercial training
• You are already responsible for commercial training according to BiVo23 or willing to complete the 5-day vocational training course
• Prior knowledge of innosolv energy, Abacus and Turas and ideally Siloveda or willingness to learn to use these systems
