YOUR MAIN TASKS

• You lead, support and further develop your team and set clear goals – always in line with our corporate values
• You keep up with the pace of technology and develop groundbreaking solutions – from the idea to series maturity
• You identify weaknesses and implement targeted measures to maximize quality and profitability
• You get involved yourself, work on systems, develop innovative designs with your team, create work instructions and reduce waste
• You promote the exchange of information between the individual company locations

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• technical vocational training, further training as a technician TS or degree (FH) in mechanical engineering, process engineering or similar
• good understanding of physical contexts (mechanics, process engineering, electrical engineering)
• solution-oriented personality with leadership experience and organizational flair
• English skills are an advantage
