HR Specialist (m/f/d), 80–100 %
Your tasks
In this newly created position, you will work closely with two experienced colleagues in the HR admin team – hand in hand, on equal footing, and with a good dose of team spirit. At the same time, you will support our new HR Business Partner in Western Switzerland.
- Maintenance and care of personnel master data
- Management of electronic personnel files and archiving
- On- and offboarding including all administrative tasks
- Preparation of work certificates, attestations, and HR correspondence
- Processing of fines, residence permits, etc.
- Support for line managers and employees with questions regarding adjustments and changes in the time management system
- Support in personnel retention
- Participation in exciting HR projects and process optimizations
Your profile
- Commercial basic training EFZ
- Completed further training as an HR specialist is mandatory
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a comparable function
- Very independent, structured, and precise way of working
- Holistic, customer-oriented thinking and initiative
- Creative, resilient, and responsible
- IT affinity, SAP and Abacus knowledge are an advantage
- Confident German skills (spoken and written)
- French skills at least at level B2, mandatory
- Italian skills are an advantage
