Position Summary
At Jet Aviation, our Production Organization is home to highly skilled craftsmen working across modern shops Sheet Metal, Cabinet, Electro, Upholstery, Finishing, Composite, and Ceiling. Together, they create the components and interior furniture that make our VIP cabins both functional and exceptional. As a Process Control Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring that every part, seat, surface and furnishing meets the highest standards of quality, conformity, and regulatory compliance from 3D model to final cabin delivery.
Your mission
- Perform conformity and cosmetic inspections of parts, furniture, seats, and divans.
- Issue product certification documents (Internal Statement of Conformity).
- Lead and follow up on non-conformities, ensuring corrective actions are defined and implemented.
- Support production teams by resolving technical queries and guiding technicians.
- Carry out First Article Inspections with suppliers and support incoming inspections for outsourced parts.
- Archive traceability paperwork in line with POE requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, safety standards, and EHS policies.

Your profile
- Experience in aviation production or a similar field, ideally within completion.
- Solid knowledge of 3D models, 2D drawings, and assemblies.
- Familiarity with aviation authorities, DOA documentation, and Part 21G / Part 145 regulations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with SAP, SmarTeam, Catia V5 (viewer), or equivalent tools.
- Technical apprenticeship, high school technical diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
- Minimum B1 English skills, knowledge of German or French is a plus
- A team player with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
