Introduction

The city of Adliswil is a dynamic city with a high quality of life that has grown rapidly in recent years. With customer-friendly services, the administration is there for the approximately 20,000 residents.

At the Werd Children's House, around 58 children aged from two months to kindergarten entry are cared for professionally and pedagogically, supported by well-trained specialists. We enter into an educational partnership with the parents to jointly focus on the well-being of the child, promote their social learning, and accompany and support their development.

Apprenticeship as a Childcare Specialist

Your Tasks

You will accompany the children together with the group leader, a co-educator, and other apprentices throughout the daily routine. In alternating activities, free play, rituals, meal, and rest phases, you will support and promote the children individually.

We are looking for a responsible and open-minded person who is interested in pedagogical questions. You have great joy in working with young children and are characterized by a high ability to work in a team and resilience. In addition, you have good German language skills and an excellent reputation.
