As a Supervisor - Module / Engine cell (Assembly/Disassembly) you will be assigned to the New Engines organization, acting as Supervisor within the engine shop operational organization taking care of Disassembly and Assembly of GTF engines, as such: leading people, managing processes, projects and tasks to realize the goals and missions of the organization.
Your tasks
- Ensure a safe, healthy and environmentally compliant workplace for all employees, in line with all rules and regulations.
- Guarantee quality of workmanship in accordance with SRT, airworthiness and regulatory requirements at all times.
- Plan and allocate staff according to engine planning, including vacation planning, and monitor labour efficiency.
- Coordinate support across SR Technics departments, ensuring tools, equipment and work documentation are available and effective.
- Actively manage and develop human resources, focusing on skills availability, training and development needs.
- Apply Lean principles and continuous improvement to optimise processes and achieve key performance indicators.
- Drive a strong performance culture through target setting, regular follow up and effective performance management focused on motivation.
Your Profile
- 5+ years in aircraft/turbine engine maintenance in a shop, hangar, or MRO environment.
- 5+ years as a supervisor or lead technician.
- Strong understanding of maintenance procedures, documentation (AMM/CMM/IPC), and safety standards and quality.
- Proven ability to manage workflow, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with maintenance documentation systems. Microsoft Office required; SAP is an advantage.
- English B2+ (German is a plus).
