As a Supervisor - Module / Engine cell (Assembly/Disassembly) you will be assigned to the New Engines organization, acting as Supervisor within the engine shop operational organization taking care of Disassembly and Assembly of GTF engines, as such: leading people, managing processes, projects and tasks to realize the goals and missions of the organization.
Your tasks
- Guarantee for all employees a workplace that meets all Safety, Health and Environmental rules, regulations, and requirements
- Guarantee quality of workmanship in accordance with all applicable SRT and airworthiness, authorities’ rules / regulations always
- Assign employees to their jobs and maintain vacation planning in accordance with engine planning and monitor labor efficiency
- Organize support across SR Technics departments to assure performance as well tools, equipment and work documentation
- Actively manage human resources to ensure availability of skills to always meet demand
- Focus on training and development needs for employees and department
- Execute and promote Continuous Improvements in applying Lean principles to achieve the organization targets
- Manage and improve related processes to achieve key performance indicators (KPI)
- Drive performance culture through periodic target setting and regular structured follow up with all employees
- Apply performance management process (PMP) and provide leadership with a focus on employee motivation
Your Profile
- 5+ years in aircraft/turbine engine maintenance in a shop, hangar, or MRO environment.
- 5+ years as a supervisor or lead technician.
- Strong understanding of maintenance procedures, documentation (AMM/CMM/IPC), and safety standards and quality.
- Proven ability to manage workflow, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with maintenance documentation systems.
- English B2+ (German is a plus).
- Microsoft Office required; SAP is an advantage.
