As a Health Specialist, you work closely with clients, their relatives, as well as with people from various professions and cultures. The training is very varied due to the active rotation principle in different fields of work. You will complete assignments in the acute hospital, in home care, and in the rehabilitation clinic.
As a regional hospital/acute hospital with emergency services, nursing home and home care, we are responsible for the basic medical care of the Davos population and guests. Equally important to us is the well-being of our employees. With us, you work in a manageable but regionally important company, we maintain a collegial working atmosphere and appreciate the proximity to nature as well as the numerous sports and leisure opportunities in Davos.

Training process
- Three-year training with qualification as Health Specialist with Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
- Integrated vocational baccalaureate "health and social direction" possible (additional semester after apprenticeship completion)
- Training at three learning locations: training company, vocational school and inter-company courses
- Competences to be acquired: professional action, hygiene and safety, care and support, medical technology, crisis and emergency, resource conservation and prevention, everyday design, nutrition, clothing and laundry, household, administration and logistics as well as work organisation
