- Planning and organization of neurosurgical operations at the UKBB location
- Writing outpatient, operation, and insurance reports with specialized terminology from dictation
- Telephone, written, and personal contact with patients (as well as guardians), doctors, referring parties, and other internal and external stakeholders (hub function)
- Support in administrative and organizational matters
- General secretarial work as well as other administrative tasks
What you bring with you
- Commercial training or MPA with further training as a medical secretary
- Professional experience in a comparable function in healthcare is an advantage
- Excellent German skills in spoken and written form, good oral French, English, and Italian skills are an advantage
- Strong service orientation, precise and structured working style, good organizational skills as well as independent work, teamwork, and loyalty
- Friendly and discreet manner in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
