Our supplementary school care is very popular – it is well established, professionally managed, and characterised by dedicated staff who are there for the children every day with heart, competence, and joy.
The Wädenswil Primary School is looking for a
Childcare Specialist 73% from 1 October 2026
Working days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
You will care for children aged 4 to 9 years over lunchtime and in the afternoon. You report directly to the Care Management and have group responsibility. As an open and communicative personality, you are a competent contact person for children, parents, and teachers. Networking with the school is an important element for you. You are willing to take on additional shifts if needed and work at least two weeks during holiday care.
As a Childcare Specialist with a Federal VET Diploma or equivalent qualification, you have already gained some professional experience. Your personal skills include a positive view of people, high social and communication skills, organisational flair, flexibility, a sense of responsibility, and resilience. You are a team player and open to close, cross-group collaboration, especially for open exchange within the management team. Good oral and written German skills and IT knowledge complete your profile. A committed, well-coordinated, and collegial team awaits you.
