Bodywork Advisor Claims Processing

Your tasks

• Vehicle inspection for bodywork and technical damage
• Preparation of cost estimates
• Hub function between insurance companies and internal departments
• Coordination and supervision of repairs as well as administrative tasks
• Ensuring quality standards
• Support of the preparation team
• Vehicle transfers from the main building to the warehouse
• Maintenance of the replacement vehicle fleet (twice yearly) and coordination of vehicle exchange with customer service
• Management of the pending list for trade-in vehicles and direct coordination with sales advisors
• Completed apprenticeship as an automotive mechatronics technician / specialist or bodywork panel beater with commercial experience or training in the service sector with experience in the automotive sector
• Commercial training, retail specialist or assistant in a car dealership with a technical flair
• Good knowledge of the bodywork industry and insurance processes is an advantage
• Well-groomed, winning appearance
• Strong service- and customer-oriented approach
• Very good IT skills (standard applications)
• Teamwork, flexibility, organisational talent, commitment
