Nursing Specialist HF/FH 60-80% (m/f/d)
In the "Caring for Relatives" offer, clients in need of care receive the best possible person-centred care from their relatives. The caring relatives are advised, accompanied and supported by nursing specialists HF/FH. The caring relatives are remunerated and insured for the work they perform.
We are looking for a nursing specialist HF/FH with case management for the Central Switzerland region by arrangement.

Your tasks
- You lead the nursing process and ensure the best possible person-centred care quality for the clients
- You advise and support the caring relatives
- You organise relief services
- You help shape the expansion of the offer
Our requirements
- You enjoy working independently, are well organised and act responsibly
- As a committed nursing specialist, you have strong communication skills
- For this responsible role, we require an HF/FH qualification and nursing experience, preferably in Spitex
- You have a valid driving licence and your own car
Workplace is Lucerne / Central Switzerland region.
Start date: 01.09.2026 or by arrangement
