The Energy Distribution Directorate builds, maintains and operates the electricity supply network. It is responsible for the technological aspects of our projects, such as the implementation of the "smart" grid or public lighting, and develops innovative offerings.

Your tasks:

• Leading a team of around 30 employees with the profile of network electrician or construction manager and coordinator
• Defining, coordinating and monitoring the goals of the department and team members
• Managing, organising and coordinating the maintenance, renewal and expansion of the MV/LV/public transport network for internal and external customers in the region
• Technical and safety support for teams on complex projects
• Monitoring compliance with SQE standards and promoting a safety culture within the team
• Preparing and managing the operating budget according to the department's guidelines, especially the equipment and vehicle items
• Managing order execution as well as financial and personnel resources and ensuring the organisation of the on-call service
• Participating in various working groups for continuous improvement of work processes

Your profile:

• Master network electrician or equivalent training and experience
• At least 10 years of experience in the electrical field, including 5 years in a leadership role is a plus
• Solid knowledge of project management
• Good knowledge of distribution networks and construction, both technically and legally in Switzerland
• Very good French skills, ideally with good spoken knowledge of Swiss German or German
• Recognised leadership qualities, organisational talent, ability to think holistically and entrepreneurial spirit
