We are looking for an experienced property manager for our Lausanne office to manage shopping centres who can complement our dynamic team as a "Privérien" and contribute to achieving our quantitative and qualitative objectives within a close-knit structure with a family spirit.

• Independent management of a commercial property portfolio
• Supervision of an assistant and close collaboration
• Representation of the owner with tenants, authorities and craftsmen
• General administrative management of the portfolio under management
• Overall monitoring of the rental process (termination, re-letting, etc.)
• Control and monitoring of the general condition of the buildings
• Management of works (renovation, repairs, etc.)
• Management of caretakers (hiring, monitoring, termination, etc.)
• Preparation of reports for owners
• General correspondence

• Completed training (CFC, Maturity, etc.) and you have a perfect command of tenancy law
• Federal property manager certificate is an asset
• Experience in managing a commercial portfolio and comfortable with building technology and supporting large-scale projects
• Fluent French, knowledge of German is a plus
• Willing, committed, collaborative spirit, customer-oriented
• You are a real estate professional and enjoy taking on new challenges every day
• Driving licence required
