Deputy Kitchen Team Leader Bellevue 100% (m/f/d)
Do you love cooking with heart while keeping an overview? An exciting role awaits you at Bellevue: We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a deputy kitchen team leader Bellevue who convinces with passion, organisational talent and team spirit.
What you can achieve
- Deputise for the kitchen team leader Bellevue during their absence
- Prepare dishes and daily menus for the self-service restaurant as well as serving food to guests
- Production of mise en place
- Co-design the seasonal menu and daily menus
- Orders and stock control for the self-service restaurant
- Prepare half-board menus and breakfast buffets for hotel guests
- Assist with banquets and special events
- Co-responsible for hygiene according to HACCP
- Late shift twice a week (including overnight stay on the mountain)
What sets you apart
- Warm and service-oriented personality with joy in guest contact
- Completed training and professional experience as a chef EFZ
- Experience in similar positions
- Very good German skills as well as good spoken English skills, any additional foreign language is an advantage
- Creativity and enjoyment in co-designing the menu
- Team spirit, organisational talent, resilience, flexibility
