Team Leader Housing 80 - 100%

Type of Work

• In this role, you take on a responsible role in the further development of processes and actively contribute your leadership skills
• You lead a team consisting of employees, trainees as well as interns and ensure professional and technically sound leadership
• In doing so, you also work situationally in care and stay close to the operational activities
• A respectful interaction, a high quality standard as well as flexibility and spontaneity characterise your working day

Requirements Profile

• You have a degree in a pedagogical or social field at FH or HF level
• Ideally, you already have leadership experience, whether in personnel management or in the support of trainees and employees. Alternatively, you are motivated to further your education in the field of leadership
• You enjoy supporting adults as well as maintaining their abilities and meaningfully organising their daily lives according to individual needs
• You are familiar with key worker duties, case management as well as cooperation with internal and external specialist agencies and naturally integrate these tasks into your daily work
• You enjoy working in a team and are willing to develop solutions together for challenging situations
• In addition, you are flexible and reliably ensure care 365 days a year.
