Your Tasks

You support our team during the transition phase from REM to Garaio REM, limited until at least 31.12.2027 (continued employment possible by mutual agreement)
You are responsible for the specialist support of the core applications Garaio REM, Salesforce, and Tenant Portal
You advise and instruct users, business analysts, and specialist departments in the implementation of business processes
You resolve and analyze incidents/problems
You test and coordinate releases of the specialist applications
You are responsible for lecturing and moderation on knowledge platforms as well as for creating e-learnings and in-person training sessions

Your Profile

You have completed a commercial basic education
You ideally bring several years of professional experience in the real estate industry
You have a structured and analytical approach and are digitally savvy
You ideally have professional experience with the ERP system Garaio REM
You have a high customer orientation as well as a pronounced process and quality understanding
Your native language is German and you have good language skills in French
You are an open, proactive, and communicative personality with high flexibility
