- Social counseling and support for adults and their social environment
- Interinstitutional networking (e.g., with authorities, offices, residential facilities, and guardians)
- Mediation and triage tasks as well as work with relatives
- Participation in the further development of social counseling services as well as collaboration in projects and working groups
- Additionally, within the framework of the coordination and counseling center: low-threshold social counseling for affected persons and relatives as well as professional advice for specialists in complex care situations
Profile
- Degree from a university of applied sciences for social work (BSc)
- Competence in interprofessional collaboration and good communication and social skills
- High personal responsibility and ability to quickly familiarize oneself with a work area as well as an independent working style
- Knowledge of social issues affecting adults
- Resilient and flexible personality with interest in issues concerning mentally ill adults
- Professional experience with mentally ill persons is an advantage
