Are you passionate about modern collaboration and want to make organisations truly more effective?

With us, you are both a consultant and an implementer. You develop sustainable solutions together with our clients and ensure that something concrete emerges in everyday practice.

You accompany people at all levels of the organisation, from employees and specialists to management. You analyse needs, moderate workshops, structure complex issues, and develop clear target images. In doing so, you work on topics such as information management, communication, collaboration, data management, knowledge management, and governance.

You take responsibility for your projects and advance them from the initial idea through conception to implementation and sustainable anchoring. You combine strategic thinking with pragmatic implementation, bring together different perspectives, and create orientation when requirements are still unclear.

Microsoft 365 with Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other apps often forms the technological basis. However, what is crucial for us is that you bring solid project experience, can advise clients on an equal footing, and also take responsibility during implementation. With appropriate measures for change and introduction, you ensure that new solutions are not only introduced but also understood, accepted, and lived in everyday life.
