We are looking for a:
Back Office Medical Secretary (M/F) at 60-80%
Fixed-term contract of 9 months, from 01/06/2026 or to be agreed

YOU HAVE
- Training as a medical secretary, commercial employee CFC, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least two years of confirmed experience in a medical secretariat in Switzerland.
- Excellent command of written French (spelling, grammar, syntax), and medical terminology.
- Very good skills in fast and accurate typing, as well as recognised skills in the use of IT tools.
- Rigor, attention to detail and excellent priority management, enabling you to calmly cope with a sustained work pace and evolving situations.
- Good interpersonal skills allowing harmonious collaboration with various medical and care staff.
- Good stress resistance, enabling you to remain effective and organised even during busy periods.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Proofreading, correcting and formatting medical reports
- Management and follow-up of medical administrative documents
- Collaboration with medical and care teams of the different units
