To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a service-oriented and committed personality as a Customer Service Advisor | Service Advisor (100%)
Your tasks:
In this central position, you are the first point of contact for our valued customers in the Bentley Aftersales area (support for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars if needed). You ensure a smooth process – from appointment scheduling to vehicle return – and make sure that our service quality meets the highest standards. This includes:
- Personal advice and support for our customers regarding service and repair work
- Preparation of offers for maintenance, repairs, and accessories
- Planning, coordination, and monitoring of service orders in close cooperation with the workshop team
- Organization of replacement mobility as well as pick-up and delivery service
- Billing of customer orders
- Administrative tasks towards customers and manufacturers
- Clarification of warranty and goodwill issues as well as handling complaints
- Maintaining long-term customer relationships and selling additional services and accessories
- Billing and administrative processing towards customers and manufacturers
Your profile:
- Completed technical or commercial training, ideally with additional qualification in vehicle technology
- Several years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are an advantage
- High service orientation, solution-oriented working style, and quality awareness
- Confident handling of MS Office and appointment/capacity planning; experience with VW or BMW systems is an advantage
- Resilient, flexible, and honest personality with polished manners
- Driver's license category B
