In this diverse job
- you are responsible for the support, expansion, and acquisition of new and existing customers for the advertising sales of our newspapers
- you actively research to identify new potential customers and conduct the initial telephone contact (cold calling)
- you visit customers to present and sell our product range
- you independently record offers and orders in the CRM/order tool, and also take care of data maintenance in the CRM system
- you ensure high customer satisfaction and guarantee optimal service
- you work closely with product management in the development of new products in the content pool
You will succeed here if
- you have completed vocational training and ideally have knowledge of the media industry
- you are an ambitious consulting personality with strong negotiation skills
- you have professional experience in active sales (B2B), complemented by good perseverance and strong assertiveness
- you have knowledge in sales/marketing including a high affinity for the internet
- you are rooted in the Dietikon region with a corresponding network in the B2B sector
- you are characterized by an independent and proactive working style, organizational skills, and flexibility
- you hold a category B driving license
