• Leading a well-coordinated team that supports each other and masters challenges together

• Collaboration with partner organizations from education, administration, and business
• All services offered by public vocational, study, and career counseling: counseling for youth and adults, cooperation with teachers in career choice preparation, organization and execution of events (class and parent orientations as well as information events for vocational school classes)

• Completed SBFI-recognized training in vocational, study, and career counseling is a must
• Leadership experience
• Experience in vocational, study, and career counseling, ideally in the cantonal environment
• Strong quality and service orientation (willingness for evening assignments)
• Ideally professional experience from business or industry with a strong affinity for education and labor market topics
• High social competence, empathy, initiative, resilience, motivation skills, and enjoyment of leadership topics

• Flexibility Flexible working hours with compensation options and depending on the area, home office.
