To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and motivated HEAD OF INSTALLATION & DISPATCH NATURAL STONE (m/f/d)

Work location Matzingen/TG 100%

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY IN THE STONE UNIVERSE

• You take over the management and coordination of our installation department and ensure with well-thought-out deployment planning that our teams work exactly where they have the greatest impact
• You ensure that our projects are implemented smoothly, efficiently, and at the highest quality level, from exclusive kitchen and bathroom solutions to demanding wall and floor concepts in interior and exterior areas
• With your organizational talent, you confidently manage schedules and resources and work closely networked with production, project management, and sales
• You keep an overview of costs, time, and quality and ensure that our projects are not only completed but excellently executed
• You drive the continuous development and optimization of our installation processes – with the goal of increasing efficiency and delighting customer experiences
• You take responsibility in complaint management and quality assurance and ensure that our high standards are also maintained on the construction site
• As a central interface, you are the connecting hub between customers, internal teams, and external partners

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE STONE UNIVERSE

• Completed vocational training in natural stone, carpentry, or tile laying craft, ideally with further training in construction management, project management, or dispatch
• Ambitious, dynamic personality who wants to take the next career step and actively assume leadership responsibility, characterized by strong organizational and communication skills as well as a solution-oriented working style
• Confident handling of digital tools and ERP systems
• Resilience, initiative, and sense of responsibility
