What you will do
Analyse, interpret and communicate complex meteorological data to deliver accurate, actionable forecasts for our energy trading desks.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to align insights with strategic business goals.
Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and impactful way, making complex data accessible.
Monitor academic and technological developments in the meteorological field and integrate cutting-edge approaches into your workflow.
Ensure compliance with safety and data‑integrity standards across all processes.
What you bring & who you are
A Master’s degree or higher in Meteorology, Atmospheric Science or a related field.
Proficiency in working with weather‑prediction models, data‑analysis tools and deterministic/probabilistic forecast‑error metrics.
At least 3 years of experience in energy‑related meteorology or climate research.
Excellent communication skills, enabling you to translate technical insights into clear, actionable strategies for non‑technical audiences.
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
A detail‑oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
A curious, collaborative team player who is eager to learn and contribute to innovation.
