Qualified Nursing Professional on an Hourly or Monthly Salary 40-100% - Region Schwyz, Uri & Glarus
What you bring
- You play a key role in ensuring that our clients receive professional and individual care at home
- You conduct needs assessments and create an individual care plan
- You coordinate the necessary nursing measures and ensure collaboration with relatives, doctors, and other involved specialists.
- You carry out nursing and medical-technical measures competently and independently
- As the case-leading employee, you manage the care process of your assigned clients, initiate appropriate interventions, ensure professional and complete documentation, and actively participate in interprofessional collaboration.
- You maintain close communication with the nursing management and actively contribute to quality assurance and quality development measures
What you bring
- You hold a diploma as a nursing specialist HF or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
- You have completed or are willing to complete an InterRAI-HC course
- You enjoy working independently, are flexible, and organise your workday reliably
- You have good oral and written German skills and can communicate confidently with clients, relatives, and professionals
- You are characterised by empathy, a sense of responsibility, and resilience
