Tasks

• Professional and disciplinary management of the department
• Planning, control and monitoring of orders
• Ensuring compliance with quality and deadline requirements
• Optimisation of processes and workflows
• Coordination and collaboration with other departments
• Optimal deployment planning of employees in your area
• Compliance with quality standards according to ISO 9001/14001

Qualifications

• Leadership experience
• Professional experience as a department manager
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in planning and meeting order deadlines
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
• Forklift operator licence
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
