Assistant (80-100%) (m/f/d)
Your main tasks are
- Coordination of a partner's secretariat
- Organization and support of (online) meetings and travel
- Preparation of fee invoices
- Handling correspondence and mail
- Correspondence with clients in German and English
- Preparation of letters, Excel spreadsheets, and presentations
For this position you bring
- Completed commercial training and several years of professional experience, preferably in a law firm
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications as well as other IT tools
- Confident German and good English skills
- Excellent written and oral expression
- Quick comprehension, team spirit, and high service orientation
- Precise and well-organized working style
- Discretion and confidentiality
