Field Salesperson 80-100% (m/f/d)

for our location in Baar/Zug

Your main tasks include

Comprehensive advice to customers regarding modern and innovative disposal solutions
Development of object-related solutions including offer preparation with a focus on industrial/commercial customers and construction services
Responsible for independent market and customer development in the Central Switzerland region
Sales and margin responsibility for the assigned customer base
Contact person for external and internal stakeholders
Coordination and implementation of internal and external projects

We expect from you

Technical or commercial basic training, further training as a sales specialist is an advantage
First experience in field sales or a strong willingness to learn and develop in this area
Economic understanding and strong negotiation skills
Good MS Office user skills
High independence, strong commitment, and motivation
Active, dynamic, sociable, and team-oriented personality
Driver's license category B
Residence in the sales area
