Introduction

Domaine des Loveresses is a family business active in the production and marketing of quality fruit and vegetables, sourced from our estate and local partner producers.
We currently have 75 employees, all driven by a passion for the local area, respect for the seasons, and a desire to offer our customers fresh and flavoursome products.
In addition to our production and distribution activities, we offer a direct sales shop on our estate, Le Petit Marché, open every day from 6:30 am to 8:30 pm, where our customers can find our seasonal fruit and vegetables, meat, cheese, and various Swiss products.
We are currently looking for a Sales Staff – Fruit and Vegetables & Retail Trade to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcoming, advising and serving customers.
• Handling payments and managing the till.
• Setting up, presenting and restocking products in the shop.
• Managing orders, monitoring stock, participating in inventories and valuing unsold goods.
• Cleaning, tidying and maintaining the cleanliness of sales areas, storage rooms and customer reception areas.
• Participating in the commercial animation of sales points (tastings, promotions, seasonal highlights, events, etc.).
• Carrying out various administrative tasks related to shop activities.

 

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or retail trade, ideally in fruit and vegetable sales. (MANDATORY)
• Strong interest in local products, fruit and vegetables, and the Swiss terroir.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Good physical condition to handle products and perform varied tasks.
• Fluency in French; any other language is an asset.
• You live less than 30 minutes from the estate.
