About the job
The fenaco cooperative, active in the Swiss agricultural sector with around 11,000 employees, processes, refines and markets agricultural products to the food, feed and beverage industries and operates in retail and the petrol station network in Switzerland.The business unit Grain, Oilseeds, Feed (GOF) successfully procures and markets raw products from domestic and foreign sources for food and animal feed production. For the management of the small HR team and the professional support of our approximately 125 employees at home and abroad, we are looking for an ambitious HR manager at either the Winterthur or Bern location from 1 January 2027.

These tasks will inspire you
- Leading and further developing a two-person HR team (HR Business Partner in Germany and HR Service Partner)
- Overall responsibility for operational and strategic human resources management in Switzerland as a business partner
- Advising and supporting managers up to executive level and employees on all personnel-related matters
- Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle – from recruitment through development to exit
- Accompanying change and organisational development projects
- Implementing HR digitalisation within the fenaco-LANDI group and further developing HR processes, policies and tools within the area of responsibility
- Implementing overarching employer branding activities within GOF
- Responsibility for personnel planning, remuneration and performance processes
- Collaboration with external partners and authorities
We look forward to this profile
- You have completed higher education in human resources management (federal certificate, HF/FH or comparable further training) and are seeking a responsible challenge
- Several years of experience in a generalist HR role are required, ideally with initial leadership experience
- You have sound knowledge of Swiss labour law and Swiss HR practice; knowledge of HR practice in the DACH region is a plus
- High social competence, discretion and advisory skills characterise you as much as a hands-on mentality and willingness to take on operational tasks yourself
- Fluent German, English spoken and written, as well as good French skills complete your profile
