Facility Manager Cleaning 100%- You support the Facility Services Manager with administrative and operational tasks as well as in the development and implementation of processes and procedures
- You lead and supervise employees, plan their assignments and holidays, record working hours and absences, and ensure the correct reporting of personnel changes
- You monitor compliance with our quality standards and conduct process-oriented quality controls
- You organise and optimise existing workflows and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
- You coordinate and undertake collection and delivery services for laundry, materials, and other operating resources. You are responsible for the operational management and coordination of the various ISS services at the site
- You ensure smooth operational processes and maintain a high level of service quality towards our customers
- You work closely with internal interfaces, customers, and employees and promote efficient collaboration
- You have completed a vocational apprenticeship, ideally in the field of Facility Management or a comparable discipline
- You bring several years of professional experience in Facility Management as well as leadership experience in a similar position
- You communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing
- You have good user knowledge of common MS Office programmes
- You are characterised by a flexible, independent, and responsible way of working
- You work in an organised, structured manner and keep an overview even in hectic situations
- You hold a valid category B driving licence
- You have a clean criminal record extract
