Carpenter with Leadership Skills and Deployment Planning

• Leadership and optimal deployment planning of around 10 employees, machines and materials
• Deadline monitoring as well as supervision and control of ongoing orders
• Participation in production, if required

• Completed training as a carpenter with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ), ideally with further training as a production team leader
• 3–5 years of experience in a comparable leadership role
• Strong social skills and communication ability
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Resilient and flexible personality with good physical condition

• A versatile and varied range of tasks in a well-coordinated team
