Carpenter with Leadership Skills and Deployment Planning
Tasks
- Leadership and optimal deployment planning of around 10 employees, machines and materials
- Deadline monitoring as well as supervision and control of ongoing orders
- Participation in production, if required
Requirements
- Completed training as a carpenter with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ), ideally with further training as a production team leader
- 3–5 years of experience in a comparable leadership role
- Strong social skills and communication ability
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Resilient and flexible personality with good physical condition
