Hotel and Housekeeping Specialist EFZ - next available apprenticeship from August 2027

As a Hotel and Housekeeping Specialist EFZ, you take on versatile tasks in hotels. You keep guest rooms and lounges clean and work in laundry services. During breakfast and banquets, you take care of the guests and support the staff at the reception. Hotel specialists ensure that wellness and seminar guests feel completely comfortable in their hotel.

Restaurant Specialist EFZ - next available apprenticeship from August 2027
If you are interested in food, drinks, and excellent service, this training is the right choice. From personal reception to advice including wine recommendations, you are responsible for the well-being of our guests as an attentive observer. You will also learn everything about flambéing, poaching, wines, spirits, and inventory management and can specialize further after the training.

Cook EFZ - next available apprenticeship from August 2027

As a Cook EFZ, you complete your apprenticeship in the kitchen of our restaurant Collina. You learn to plan the daily routine so that all work steps run smoothly. You check whether the delivered food is of perfect quality. You also prepare dishes and equipment for the planned meals and then process the food. You prepare hot and cold dishes at various stations and present them attractively. You learn how to prepare tasty dishes from high-quality seasonal ingredients and arrange them attractively.

Hotel Communication Specialist EFZ - next available apprenticeship from August 2027

The hotel is your stage, the guests your fans. During the training as a Hotel Communication Specialist, everything revolves around communication. To understand how the threads come together behind the scenes, you start your training working in the kitchen, service, and housekeeping. Afterwards, you are ready for the front and support our reception and reservation teams in caring for our international guests. Excursions into the marketing, personnel, and finance departments give you an overall operational overview and make you a hospitality professional!
