Your tasks
- Creating pleasant first contacts with patients (m/f/d) and relatives
- Interface management for internal and external contacts
- Digital admission management
- Organisation and coordination of the emerging outpatient operations
- Occupancy control
- Assistance and execution of diagnostic activities such as blood sampling, drug screening and vital parameter measurement
- Appointment management of the outpatient clinic
- Service recording, statistics and billing
Your profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d), curative education nurse (m/f/d) or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
- A respectful attitude towards patients (m/f/d) and relatives is a matter of course for you
- You are an organisational talent – a structured and organised way of working characterises you, as well as a high degree of flexibility, resilience and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to work shifts
- Experience in psychiatric care is not necessary – we will gladly teach you!
