SRK Nursing Assistant

In this role, you make an important contribution to the high-quality care of our residents and work in a clearly structured nursing operation with fixed working hours.

Your Tasks

Supporting residents with basic care and daily activities
Assisting with mobilization, positioning, and activation
Observing health status and passing on relevant information
Collaborating with health professionals and nursing specialists
Adhering to quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Contributing to a respectful care culture

What You Bring

Completed SRK nursing assistant training (mandatory)
Experience in long-term care or Spitex is an advantage
Responsible, reliable working style
Empathy and respect in dealing with elderly people
Good German language skills, spoken and written
