Health Specialist (40 – 50 %)

Your Tasks

• This is where your heart beats: You are responsible for nursing measures as well as the overall company medication management (according to legal and internal guidelines and continuously developing them further).
• Sharing and strengthening knowledge: You lead and advise nursing professionals as well as staff from school, boarding school and therapy in all health-related matters. In addition, you design internal training and awareness events.
• Keeping the threads together: You lead and coordinate the internal nursing hotline (and ensure smooth interdisciplinary collaboration).

Your Profile

• Your strong foundation: Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH as well as a professional practice permit (BAB) from the Canton of Zug (or willingness to obtain it).
• Your professional toolkit: Sound knowledge in nursing, hygiene, medication management and the corresponding legal requirements.
• Your everyday nature: You are strong in communication, remain calm even in demanding situations and value interdisciplinary collaboration.
