• Ensuring the controlling area with data management, reporting and cost accounting
• Further development of the control and key performance indicator system
• Analysis of performance, cost and case structures in healthcare
• Preparation of ad-hoc evaluations for management and executives
• Preparation of budgets, forecasts and profitability analyses
• Responsible for cost accounting, taking into account the operational accounting in healthcare REKOLE
• Responsible for data deliveries such as hospital statistics, SDEP, ITAR_K

• Advanced training with a focus on business administration, accounting or controlling (university, university of applied sciences)
• Very solid experience in controlling in healthcare or hospital environment
• Profound knowledge of a BI tool (TIP HCe advantageous)
• Careful, service-oriented and responsible personality
• Very good analytical skills as well as pronounced entrepreneurial thinking with high independence and ability to work in a team
